Safe weight loss: beware of those drinks!
The so-called energy beverages are often made of caffeine and other nutrients which are nothing else than carbohydrate. One may experience a boost when taking such beverages but only to have their body slow down after from that unnatural carbohydrate fix.
When deciding to lose weight a person should highly consider all teh calories she is taking in her drinks.
People tend to forget one of the most caloric beverage of them all when wanting Safe weight loss: alcohol. alcohol, is very high in calorie and can be damaging to your liver if taken in too generous amounts. Most alcoholic beverages contain nine kilocalories per once which means a can of beer can have as much as 150 kilocalories and a glass of wine (depending on the kind) can easily give you over 100 kilocalories.
Water on the other hand has zero calories and is a natural cleanser, very when trying to lose weight.

Natural childbirth with the proper help!
My concerns were certainly not for the fact that this small trend would take work away from me as I could easily work 24 hours a day 7 days a week from the beginning. My main concern is for this silent little person who has no saying over something as important as the start of its life: the unborn infant.
numbers say that 90 to 95% of the births will go well and do not need any interventions but what happens in those 5 to 10% where the infant’s well being is at stake and there is no one around trained to face the emergency?
I am the first one to admit that maternity and childbirth are today are subject to too many interventions (the caesarean rate has never been so high in history) but I would not go back to the start where when something went bad we just raised our shoulders and said “c’est la vie!” (that’s life!- or not).
