The so-called energy beverages are often made of caffeine and other nutrients which are nothing else than carbohydrate. One may experience a boost when taking such beverages but only to have their body slow down after from that unnatural carbohydrate fix.

When deciding to lose weight a person should highly consider all teh calories she is taking in her drinks.
