Exercise in your house

 

As an added bonus, when you exercise regularly you sleep better as your body is benefiting from natural sleeping hormones. The best part about having my own house gymnasium is that once I am done workout, I just have to walk up a couple of stairs and I can enjoy a well deserved warm bath.
It is obvious that any person considering having her personal house gym and starting an exercise program should consult with her physician first.
