In some cases, bad Credit Rating is a result of irresponsible cash management. But itfrequentlyoccurs because of unexpectedmonetary hardship. Credit Fix agencies claim that they can remove tough entries from your Credit report. But did you know that you can frequently have them taken yourself at a much smaller cost? There are two methods by which you may be able to get negative entries removed from your report.

Option #1: File a Dispute with the Credit Bureaus

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires Credit bureaus to inquire any item on your Credit report that you Challenge. If the information is found to be false, inaccurate or unverifiable, it must be corrected or removed from your report. The bureaus have 30 days from the time they get notice of the Dispute to complete their investigation.

If there is any wrong info on your Credit report, a Dispute is certainly in order. But some people have had luck challenging items that were in fact accurate, including judgments, collections accounts and repossessions. If such items are not verified by the creditor (or the court in the case of judgments) within the time limit for investigation, they must be removed.

If you decide to Dispute a sound entry, simply write a letter to each of the Credit bureaus stating that you Dispute that entry. No explanation is required. But keep in mind that if the entry is verified, it will remain on your report. And if the creditor verifies the info after the 30-day time limit, the Credit bureau may reinstate the entry as long as they notify you at least 5 days before doing so.

Option #2: Negotiate with creditors

Dealing withfinancors can be intimidating, especially if you're not on good terms with them. But speaking to your creditors directly may help you get negative information removed from your Credit report.

If you only have a late payment or two on your report, a creditor might be willing to remove the derogatory info once you've resumed a regular defrayment schedule. If you've experienced repossession or had an account turned over to collections, payment in full might persuade them to remove the negative entry. It sounds like a long shot, but you never know until you ask. Requests to remove late payment information may be made after you've brought you report ongoing. But if you're hoping for removal of a repossession or collection action, it's best to negotiate a deal before you pay anything.

If You Can't Get the tough Entries removed

There is no guarantee that disputing info on your Credit Rating report or negotiating with financors will get negative items taken from your record. If it doesn't, the best thing you can do is try to build up some positive info on your report.

The first thing you need to do when trying to rebuild good Credit Rating is bring past due accounts current. Try to work out a deal with your financors to accomplish this, or talk to a Credit counseling agency. But don't miss payments on ongoing accounts to put money toward those that are past due. If it comes down to paying one or the other, keep the current account current.

Another good way to have credit is to get the greatest health insurances.

Once you've brought all of your accounts ongoing, put a priority on keeping them that way. Making yourpayment on schedule will raise your Credit Rating score, and with the passage of time, the good entries may outweigh the tough.

I am attending the underground seminar in Washington hosted by Yannick Silver.

I am very happy to realize that I am at the internet marketing level where every speaker has provided me with a gold nugget I can implement right away and that will make a diiference in my business.

Then he asked me what I was going to do in Washington. I answered I was going to an internet marketing seminar. He frowned...

He asked me if I had a web site, I answered I have over 100. He totally freaked out right there. He started screaming I was a scam, I was not a doctor. I kept answering I was a doctor. He demanded to see my medical license immediately. I told him it is hanging on my office wall. He kept screaming I was ripping-off people on the internet, I was not a doctor and he started writing furiously on his computer for several minutes using only two fingers mumbling he was going to show me..

That did not stop there. Still screaming at me, telling me I was not a doctor, I was a fraud, he told me to follow him and told me to SIT DOWN and wait right there.

After a couple of minutes, the second American customs agent screamed from his office:"NATHALIE, come in here right now!" ( now we were on a first name basis).He started telling me again I was a fraud and not a doctor and that his job was to make sure I was legitimite and not planning to harm people by using the internet,etc,etc

He checked on his computer and saw that I was indeed a doctor. Not changing his attitude for a second, he said rudely:"Give me documents for this "Internet Marketing" thing you are going to.

Yannick is his creative mind had theamed the seminar: Underground marketing! Not good for me.

The custom agent started reading the seminar invitation which went something like: Congratulations agent "French Connection" (my code name I had chosen), you have acquired secret agent status. Here are your encoded mission orders, etc, etc

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!

Since I was playing along with Yannick's theme, all this long 55 pages secret letter was in a file I had named "TOP SECRET" in big black letters.

They let me go but I dread the next time I go through American customs, the text the agent put with anger in my file is going to bounce back in my face!

Ted Nicholas:a great teacher!

I am attending an internet marketing seminar and I met Ted Nicholas for the first time.

I must admit I was very much impressed by his great knowledge on copywriting and marketing. He was marketing when I was still in diapers! He also impressed me by his sharp memory, speaking for over 6 hours without any notes...

He shared a story I never heard before about the power of words.

The ex-beatles Paul McCartney had lost his mother, who was named Mary, at the age of 13. One night he went to be very upset. As he was sleeping, he dreamed of her and heard her distincively say:" let it be, let it be..."

He got up and wrote in about twenty minutes the now famous song "Let it be,let it be..."

Now when I hear this song, the words will have a more powerful meaning to me.

As I go to bed tonight, I will remind myself mother Mary's whispering words of wisdom as, I too have been upset by a friend today.
